Special Services

This is a new 2016-17 service NJEFP is offering all members as we see the need. The intent of this program is to guide your education foundation and/or school district through a particularly challenging time. NJEFP is always available to answer questions and provide guidance for our members free of charge. The goal of this program is to provide very intensive support for unique challenges that require extensive one-on-one time. NJEFP would use its expert knowledge to provide intensive in-person, email and phone one-on-one support to specifically address your unique challenge. The fee will range from $300-$600. After an initial phone or email interview the fee will be determined. This program is not intended to be a long-term solution for staff or a consultant. It is meant to help the LEF or district overcome one specific challenge that is holding them back from further growth. This service is only available to paid members of NJEFP.

Examples of issues could be (but are not limited to):

  • Board relations
  • Strategic planning
  • Creating a comprehensive fundraising plan
  • Marketing and awareness building strategy
  • Developing strategy for working collaboratively with Superintendent, Board of Education members and/or other community partners.
